What we collect
When you visit, Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used: the pages you view, taps on links and tools (such as search terms, quiz answers and map layers), how far you scroll, your device type, browser, language, and an approximate location (country or city) worked out from your IP address. Google Analytics doesn't store full IP addresses.
Search terms are recorded so that we can improve search, so please don't type personal information into the search box.
Cookies and storage on your device
Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID to tell visits apart. They last up to two years.
My trip keeps your saved places in your browser's storage on your device. They're never sent to us, and you can delete them at any time in My trip or by clearing your browser data.
Why we use it
To learn which pages and tools help travellers, to find broken pages, and to decide what to write next.
Who processes it
Google processes the analytics data. Vercel, Cloudflare and Supabase host and deliver the site. These companies may process data outside Thailand, including in the United States and Singapore.
Your choices and rights
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics (opens in a new tab).
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and similar laws, you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we'll reply within 30 days.
Messages you send us
If you write to us, we use your message and contact details only to reply, and we delete them once they're no longer needed.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when anything changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
